Members of 'The New Kickboxing Club' have attended the first kickboxing seminar of 2024 which was done by the internationally know and
legendary kickboxer Ernesto Hoost.

After eleven years, the retired professional kickboxer from the Netherlands who is currently a professional kickboxing and K1 trainer returned to Malta on April 6th to deliver a 4 hour seminar.

The four-time K-1 World Champion, Hoost is considered to be one of the greatest kickboxers of all time. He debuted in the K-1 World Grand Prix 1993, where he came just one win short of the world title. After a career of thirteen successful years, Hoost announced his retirement on December 2nd, 2006, after the K-1 World Grand Prix Final tournament in Tokyo Dome, Japan.

In contrast to prior seminars, this one took place on Saturday, April 6th at the Westin Dragonara Hotel in St. Julian. The seminar was divided into two sessions: a morning session from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and an afternoon session from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with a break in between.
